Refunds/Returns

We hope you’re happy with your Travellers finds purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods, please return them to us. We are happy to refund unused goods that are returned to us within 14 days.

Goods should be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning your goods.

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notification letting you know that we have received the goods and we will process the refund within a couple of days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification once this is processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.

Faulty items

We check all items and package with care, but if your order does arrive damaged, please kindly inform us by email, attaching images of the faulty/damaged item and packaging. We are happy to offer a full refund or a replacement if available and will arrange for faulty goods to be collected.

If you have received faulty goods and a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including postage costs.

Returning non faulty items

  1. Goods should be returned within 14 day of the delivery date. All goods should be unused and in their original packaging
  2. You pay return postage. We recommend that you obtain Proof of postage and keep this until you have confirmation from us that we have received your return in good order.
  3. Once returns are received, providing they are in the condition they were sent in a refund for the purchase price excluding postage costs will be issued.
